I had the pleasure of being Hrishi's manager for his summer internship this past summer. Hrishi was an amazing asset to our team, and his professionalism at his level was exceptional. He was able to take a service through the entire development lifecycle, from feature/use case gathering, to development, to testing, and then to a finished product. I hope to work with Hrishi again in the future.

I had the opportunity to work with Hrishi in the summer of 2021 when he was hired on as an Intern at GoHealth for the team I was leading. I was impressed by Hrishi's technical ability and the speed at which he was able to grasp our business model.

Hrishi was able to make some significant contributions to our codebase and organization's success in just a short amount of time. He worked alongside his team members very well and personally implemented Java code in a complex part of our legacy system, modernizing it and adding multiple features. Additionally he was very eager to receive coaching and implemented it well. I am convinced Hrishi has a bright future and know he will be an excellent team member for any organization in which he works at in the future.

I had the honor of mentoring Hrishi during his summer internship at GoHealth. Hrishi has a great future ahead as a bright software engineer. He showed a great attitude and a tremendous willingness to learn by always asking relevant questions and digging deep into details. Also a fast learner, in no time he was integrated into the team and already working on epics by himself, doing code reviews, working with QAs, and navigating his way through our build pipeline until his code reached production. It was a very pleasant experience to work with Hrishi.

I hope we can work together again in the future!
